We started this business with one goal in mind: to bring back the local freezer beef experience we grew up with. We aim to provide high-quality, locally raised, farm-direct beef to our community at the most competitive price possible. We believe families deserve access to beef they can trust, with a clear story behind it.

Our true competition is the boxed beef industry, where cattle are raised, shipped, fed, processed, and transported across the country before ever reaching a dinner table.

Our beef stays local, it is raised, cared for, and sold right here at home. Local cattle, local forage, local feed and local processing.
